If you are a registered patient, please consider using our online service. You can use this for non-urgent matters such as requesting medications, sick notes, medical advice and administrative queries. Your query will be triaged by a member of staff at the surgery and we will aim to respond to you within two working days. 


Please note -this is not for urgent or emergency medical advice and your query may not be seen by a clinician on the same day. If a consultation with a clinician is deemed appropriate, they will arrange to contact you via telephone.
