Noticeboard

Update 29.11.21

Dear Patients,

Due to unprecedented staff shortages, we are extremely busy at the moment and you may therefore have to wait longer than we would like for routine consultations.

Please bear with us during busy times and help our staff by considering other options on offer such as the Community Pharmacy consultation Service.

Please treat our staff with consideration and respect during this difficult time.

Thank you

Friarwood Surgery Partners.

New Patient Registration

The doctors welcome new patients who live within our practice area, see map below.

New patients will normally be seen first by a practice nurse when a preliminary health check will be carried out. Your medical records will be obtained from your previous doctor. If you need to see a GP at the same time you will also need a GP appointment.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration.  Please contact reception for further information.

From the 5th January 2015 we are also able to offer to patients out our natural catchment area the opportuntiy to register with us as an 'Out Of Area' patient which means they can still attend the practice for appointments etc but are not eligible for home visits. Ask at reception for more details.
