The theme this year is "Mind and Body".

Self-care is important to us all because it involves everyone, every day. It's what we do for ourselves, for our families and loved ones. So lets talk self-care. This national awareness week has been organised by the Self Care Forum

Patient Surveys

We are sending out patient surveys and would very much appreciate if they could be completed for us. We are trying to establish how best we can serve our patients.

The surveys are sent via a link on an sms, email, by post and handed out in person.
